The Full Story

The Longest Forty Production Co. – in association with Events 105 – are delighted to announce a very special event to commemorate the Hibs Skol Cup Hampden Heroes of 1991.

Manager Alex Miller will be joined by goal scorers Keith Wright & Tommy McIntyre, fans favourite John Buridge and other former team mates and backroom staff to share their memories from that historic day in the clubs history.

In the midst of a hostile takeover,  Miller’s men  epitomised the “Hands off Hibs” message as they defeated Jocky Scott’s Dunfermline 2-0 on 27th October in front of ovr 40,000 fans.

Nearly 30 years to the day, the squad will share some never-before-heard tales inside the Hampden dressing room in what promises to be an unmissable night for all Hibees.

The event will take place at Saint Stephen’s Theatre in Stockbridge, Edinburgh on Saturday 30th October; almost 30 years to the day Murdo McLeod lifted that famous old trophy.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the squad and have their photograph taken with the team before the event begins, as well as win some exclusive ‘91 memorabilia.

Tickets - starting at just £35 - are on sale from Monday 23rd August at 7am.
