The Longest Forty Production Co. are delighted to announce a Gala Footballers Dinner on Sunday 29th May 2022 in aid of East Region Midlands side Downfield Junior Football Club, with a very special guest – Argentinian superstar Claudio Caniggia.
The South American - who shook the footballing world when he signed for Dundee back in 2000 – will appear on stage with host Mark Benstead to recall his time at Dens Park, his World Cup heroics, partnering Diego Maradona, and his favorite memories from a glittering career that saw him play for many clubs including Rangers, Roma, Atalanta and Boca Juniors.
The evening will include entertainment from Tam Cowan of BBC Radio Scotland’s Off The Ball.

All tickets include a three-course gourmet dinner, live on-stage audience Question & Answer with Claudio Caniggia by host Mark Benstead of Sky Sports, after dinner entertainment from Tam Cowan, prize Raffle and live Memorabilia Auction. Under 18’s welcome with an accompanying adult. The venue is full wheelchair accessible.
